According to elemental analysis reports, while gold and silver are the primary valuable components, trace amounts of lead, zinc, copper, and arsenic are also present. However, these additional elements are found in extremely low concentrations and do not significantly impact the leaching process.

The primary objectives of the project established in 2021 were:

  • To develop a complete gold extraction solution customized to the specific characteristics of the raw materials.
  • To evaluate and select the most effective and sustainable gold leaching agent.
  • To optimize the extraction process for maximum yield and environmental safety.

Leaching Agent Evaluation

A comparative analysis was conducted between:

  • Conventional Sodium Cyanide, a widely used gold leaching agent.
  • An Environmentally Friendly Gold Extraction Agent, developed to reduce environmental impact and improve efficiency.

Evaluation Results:

  • The environmentally friendly agent demonstrated a higher gold leaching rate, reaching up to 96% under optimized conditions.
  • It exhibited lower toxicity and simplified tail liquid treatment, making the post-leaching process more manageable and cost-effective.
  • The environmentally friendly agent also provided significant advantages in terms of procurement, transport, storage, and operational safety.

Based on the comprehensive evaluation, the customer opted to adopt the environmentally friendly gold extraction agent for the project.

In May 2022, the customer officially procured 10 tons of the environmentally friendly gold extraction agent from our company. The adoption marked a key milestone in transitioning to a more sustainable and efficient leaching process.
