Concrete vs Steel Plate for Gold Leaching Tanks: Which Wins for 120TPD?

These pictures are from the gold ore site in Egypt.
This customer wants to do the 120TPD.
This customer wantst to use the concrete to replace the steel plate to do the Thickener and Leaching tanks.
Using the concrete or steel plate to do the shells of thickener and leaching tanks has big difference:
1. Generally, below 500TPD, dont consider to use the concrete, cause the cost performance is not high, and the construction difficulty is very high.
2. When using the concrete for making, the construction difficulty is very high and if the foundation is not done well, the cement self weight is big, once there is any fall down or crack, it will be very hard to solve and the whole project could be declared worthless and need to start again fron begining.
3.If using the steel plate, it will be flexible, and it is easy to be operated and maintained in later.... and its making cost is lower, and the quality is also in assured.
Based on our experience, comparing the concrete, the Steel plate making is more mature and lower cost, better using.
